Results showed that patients who received cell therapy experienced significant improvements in heart function and exercise capacity compared to those who received standard care.   The CHART-1 Trial: This trial evaluated the safety and efficacy of cardiopoietic stem cells in heart failure patients. Although the primary endpoint was not met, a subgroup analysis suggested potential benefits in specific patient populations, underscoring the need for more targeted approaches.
